PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the impact of Hurricane Beryl, Judge Waggoner has issued a temporary order allowing ALL court dates for the Conroe Municipal Court, that were scheduled July 8-12, 2024, to be rescheduled.  The court is currently open at our regular business hours.  If you need to reschedule your court date, or get an extension, please come to the court window during our normal business hours or email the court at: to reschedule. Judge Waggoner was elected by the citizens of Conroe and sworn in on June 22, 2022.  The City of Conroe has one of the few Municipal Court judges that are elected in the state of Texas since the majority are appointed or hired.

                                                                                      ABOUT THE MUNICIPAL COURT

The Conroe Municipal Court is a court of non-record that oversees and ensures compliance with all fine-only Class C misdemeanors filed with the court. The court must follow the procedures set forth by statute on each complaint filed while ensuring the public is treated fairly and without prejudice.
