The WaterSmart program complements the City's new meter upgrade to advanced metering infrastructure (AMI). The WaterSmart platform gives our citizens powerful new capabilities, including notifications for possible leaks and high water bills. The WaterSmart platform lets our citizens view detailed consumption analytics to help our City manage resources more effectively.

Residential and commercial customers have access to the WaterSmart Customer Portal. In the portal, customers can receive personalized information about their water use, leak alerts, high bill notifications, customized water-saving recommendations, and up-to-date news. 
The WaterSmart portal is the City's ongoing commitment to improving the overall customer experience in water-saving technology and knowledge.
