If your home or business is located within the City of Conroe limits and has sustained flood damage as a result of the recent rain, please contact the Office of Emergency Management at (936)522-3600 or via email at email@example.com. Please include your name, address, phone number and a description of your damage.
Storm Debris Removal:
The Public Works Department will pick up storm debris from flooded homes from the approved list given by Community Development. If your home has been flooded you must report it to Community Development at 936-522-3600 in order for it to be authorized for pick up.
NOTE THE 1st DATE: on the 15th of the month beginning at 8 AM. Reservations for a field one day a week can be made at the Parks and Recreation Administration office. Priority will be given to Conroe residents between 8 AM – 12 Noon. Non residents are welcome to reserve anytime after 12 Noon. Walk-Ins will be scheduled first, then fax and email will be scheduled in the order received if there is a valid credit card on file to pay for the charges. Phone requests are not accepted. You must submit a signed Field Request Form.
NOTE THE 2nd DATE: on the 22nd a second day a week may be reserved (based on availability) beginning at 8 a.m. for Conroe residents and 12 pm for non residents. Walk-Ins will be scheduled first, then fax and email will be scheduled in the order received if there is a valid credit card on file to pay for the charges. Phone requests are not accepted. You must submit a signed Field Request Form.

RESERVE: Print and complete a Field Request Form, by clicking here or visit our office at the Parks and Recreation Administration Building located at 1504 Parkwood West.
PAY FEES: Payment is due at the time of the reservation. A $50 refundable deposit is required.
CHANGE POLICY – All CHANGES TO PERMITS MUST BE REQUESTED THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE RESERVATION DATE. This includes initiating a new permit, requesting lights, field prep and cancellations.
Permit holders must have their permits at time of field use.
