If your home or business is located within the City of Conroe limits and has sustained flood damage as a result of the recent rain, please contact the Office of Emergency Management at (936)522-3600 or via email at email@example.com. Please include your name, address, phone number and a description of your damage.
Storm Debris Removal:
The Public Works Department will pick up storm debris from flooded homes from the approved list given by Community Development. If your home has been flooded you must report it to Community Development at 936-522-3600 in order for it to be authorized for pick up.
The Activity Center has a large banquet room that can accommodate up to 225 people. The large room is excellent for wedding receptions, family reunions, and birthday parties. There is a kitchen equipped with a food preparation area, refrigerator, food warmer, and microwave. The Activity Center also has 3 meeting rooms that can hold up to 25 people each.
The Meals on Wheels Center has a large room that can accommodate up to 60 people and has a kitchen with food preparation area and a microwave.
The Multi-purpose room is located inside the C.K. Ray Recreation Center and is available during REC open hours.
Most rooms are available from 7am to midnight on Saturdays and Sundays. There is also some weekday availability. Parking is adjacent to both buildings.
City of Conroe Police security personnel are required for all rentals at the Activity or Meals on Wheels Centers, and for the Multi-purpose room and gymnasium during hours when the REC is closed.
