Normal Trash Pickup for July 4th Holiday

There will be no change to Waste Management trash services during the upcoming 4th of July holiday.  We will continue with normal trash schedule.

Project Status Report

The following is a brief update on current projects:

M.P. Clark Roadway:
Sidewalks 100 % Complete
• John Burge Park St. 100% complete.
• Noble Pine: 1217 LF complete (100%).
• MP Clark Main Lane Pavement:
          NBL: 8376 LF complete (99.82%)
          SBL: 8071 LF complete (96.88%).
Pouring remaining concrete section next week; road is open, with the exception of FM 830 section.
Traffic Signals: complete

Windsor Lakes Lift Station: Gas meter to be installed by June 5, 2018; generator startup scheduled for June 11. Four pumps and controls have been tested. Generators installed; electrical wirings complete. Generator/Gas Plumbing final inspection by the Building Dept. is complete.

Windsor Lakes Force Main: Approximately 20,700 LF of Force Main pipe installed.
Approx. 430 LF of 30" gravity section being to be installed next.  Completed lines have been tested. Southern bore at Grand Central Park is complete. 

Traffic Signal: FM 1484 and Technology Parkway: SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE - Signs & Paperwork

SH 105/I-45 Sanitary Sewer Rehab Phase 2: Contractor installed 5,060 LF of 24" , 760 LF of 15" and 970 LF of 12" sewer pipes installed to date. Skytop 12" gravity completed connected to exist. lift station.    Contractor has started the open cut south of Drennan.

Safe School Sidewalks: Contractor is about 95% complete on 1st Street, the Contractor is 95% complete on Loop 336 North, and has poured approximately 700 lf on Longmire Road. 7th Street is 95% complete. Contractor to start work on MLK next week.

League Line Road and Plantation Drive Sidewalks: Plantation is complete; League Line is 85% completed; West side of League Line is complete.

Wilson Road Widening: Grading and backfilling  detention pond area currently on hold. Phase 1 Construction Started: Plantation Dr. to Robin Hood; detour will last approximately 6 weeks. Contractor has started on underground utilities. The service pole for the traffic signal has been installed.

Transportation: Hwy 105 Access Management: Contractor is working on the south side driveways and sidewalk. The contractor installing irrigation and power.
